KEYS is a community-based, not-for-profit charitable organization based in Kingston. Founded in 1983 with a mission to support youth to fulfill their potential through employment, over the last 40+ years, KEYS has expanded to serve a broad audience, including job seekers of all ages and abilities, newcomers to Canada, and employers of all sizes. Guided by their ends statement: Connected People, Decent Work, Inclusive Communities, KEYS is proud to be the largest provider of comprehensive employment and newcomer services in Kingston and the area.
