About

Natural Route Health is an established multidisciplinary health clinic in Kingston, Ontario, providing thoughtful, evidence-informed and patient-centred care since 2013.

Our collaborative team includes Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Acupuncturists and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners, Registered Psychotherapists, a Registered Social Worker, and other allied health professionals. Together, we support individuals and families through a wide range of health concerns, with particular areas of focus including digestive and gut health, hormonal and metabolic health, thyroid concerns, children’s health, mental and emotional wellbeing, and chronic and complex health concerns.

Our clinic also offers IV Nutrient Therapy, IV Vitamin C, Integrative Cancer Care, Body Composition Analysis, acupuncture and cosmetic acupuncture, alongside comprehensive naturopathic and mental health care.

At Natural Route Health, we believe good care starts with listening. Our practitioners take the time to understand the whole health picture and work collaboratively with patients and other healthcare providers to create individualized approaches to care.
