Owners Stev George and Deanna Harrington opened Olivea in 2008, inspired by their travels in Italy and modeled it in the style of a traditional Italian trattoria. The menu is composed of authentic rustic Italian food prepared in house. We make our own fresh penne, spaghetti, linguine, tagliatelle, filled pastas and gnocchi in house. Our dried pasta is Italian made. We source the best quality ingredients locally wherever we can. Our seafood is sustainably caught.
