About
The question isn't whether you have influence. It's how are you using the influence you already have, and is it helpful?
You care about making a difference. You're already making one constantly and in ways you may or may not realize. I help people use the influence they have in ways that are helpful and wise.
As a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I work with thoughtful people who are ready to recognize something profound: you're already influencing constantly, such as through your responses, attention, and way of being. The question isn't whether you matter; it's how to participate more consciously in the difference you're already making.
Many of my clients are leaders and business owners who want to understand their influence more deeply, not just in meetings and decisions, but in how they shape culture through their daily responses, emotional presence, and way of navigating challenges. Others are professionals, entrepreneurs, or anyone ready to move beyond "how will I matter?" to "how can I matter more wisely?"
We work at the intersection of personal growth and thoughtful contribution because they're not separate. Learning to work with your own anxiety or overwhelm influences how you show up for others. Developing genuine self-compassion changes how you lead. Growing in self-awareness transforms your impact on the systems and relationships around you.
Whether you're navigating major transitions, wanting to lead with greater wisdom, or simply seeking to understand what you're already cultivating and tend it more intentionally, this approach recognizes you as someone already making a difference who wants to do it more consciously.
Sessions available through secure video across Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, with in-person options near Sydenham, Ontario.
